Thus, this world and all creatures came into existence as separated entities, existing beyond him. In effect, therefore, the biblical God creates by projecting a thought or concept outside himself, where it becomes a physical "reality," as witnessed, again, in the creation story in the Book of Genesis.

But the differences among the two are much more philosophical. The biblical God is greatly a person who sees sin as real, and must therefore answer it, first by punishment, and then by the master plan of the atonement wherein salvation and forgiveness are won through the suffering and sacrifice of his holy Servant (the Suffering Servant in Isaiah -- Old Testament) and his only begotten Son Jesus (New Testament).
